I wrote a Secondary restore tool to upscale images using TGPlus's ESR-se. The results were excellent, proving that training an basicVSRv1.2 model that adds detail and increases sharpening is the best approach.
The original model was trained at a resolution of 256, while I am currently working on a 512-resolution model. The main issue is that I don’t have access to the original author’s training parameters
